Ordering & personalisation

How do I place an order?

Choose a piece you love from Our Creations (or describe something new), then share your colours, name and special details using our custom order form. Your enquiry is sent to us on WhatsApp. We reply with a quote and an estimated production time, and once you confirm, your handmade piece can begin.

What can be personalised?

Every piece is made to order, so you can share your preferred colours, a name or wording to embroider, and any special details you have in mind. We will let you know what is possible for your chosen piece when we send your quote.

How long will my order take?

Because each piece is handmade, production time depends on the item and how busy we are. We confirm an estimated time with your quote. If you need your piece by a particular date, add it to your enquiry and we will let you know whether it is possible.

Our pieces are handmade keepsakes and gifts. Please supervise little ones with soft toys and keep them out of the cot during sleep. If you have questions about a particular piece, ask us before ordering.
